Every mum’s journey is different, whether you’re spacing babies, done-done 😅, or still figuring it out. Here’s a quick breakdown of common family planning methods, with the pros & cons, so you can make the best choice for YOU 🤍

• Can regulate periods
• Reversible

• Must be taken daily
• Can cause nausea, weight changes, or mood swings

• Long-lasting
• Very effective
• No daily reminder

I created this space because I needed this space when I was expecting and having my kids. Unfortunately my lack of a support group led to postpartum depression and later on I learnt I have borderline personality disorder. It’s been a journey to balance a mental health disorder, get in a better space while be present for my kids. I’m happy about my progress and want to ensure mummies out there you are not alone.
